Emily Reno, MURP '20, is currently the Founder of Mezclada, an agtech startup focused on reducing barriers to land and capital access for historically marginalized farmers. 
 
She is also a founding Partner with Creating Community Consulting, a women-owned consulting agency based in West Central Minnesota that focuses on community and economic development projects with a strong equity lens.
