Director of Development
The Director of Development is responsible for all aspects of planning, implementing, evaluating, and growing a comprehensive development program for the University of Minnesota’s Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs. This position leads efforts to build relationships with a broad range of individuals and organizations, ensuring fundraising efforts advance the School’s mission and strategic goals.

Assistant Professor (STEP)

Infrastructure Policy Researcher
The Institute for Urban & Regional Infrastructure Finance (IURIF) is a research center focusing on policy issues related to urban infrastructure finance from a regional perspective. The Infrastructure Policy Researcher will work applied research in public policy, public management, and public finance. The researcher will work closely with the IURIF Director and other IURIF staff to execute ongoing research projects and shape the direction of future research projects. The position will also require frequent engagement with project funders and external partners.

Energy Project Grant Writer
The Local Energy Project Grant Writer is expected to contribute to the successful development of funding proposals for energy projects benefiting rural, remote, and underserved communities in Minnesota. A particular focus for grant writing will be in support of projects led by rural electric cooperatives, municipal utilities, and tribal nations seeking funding from federal agencies.
