The Center for Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy, housed at the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs, fosters interdisciplinary and community-engaged research on energy and environmental policy. The mission of CSTEP is to build local capacity to address socio-economic inequality by leveraging the resources and expertise of the research university in service to community priorities.
