Professor Samuel Myers Jr. received the inaugural Policy Field Distinguished Contribution Award from the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM) at its annual conference in November.

APPAM established this new award to honor those who have made significant and long-term contributions to the development and growth of public policy analysis and management as a field.
