Professor Judy Temple has been awarded grant-in-aid from the UMN Graduate School to support her work on the rollout of school-based preschool programs. Using national data over two decades, Temple will examine trends in the adoption of preschool programs located in public schools to examine how access varies by the state policy environment as well as by family income levels and race.
