Humphrey School Research Fellow Eric Ostermeier received a $102,768 grant from the Legacy Amendment’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund to build a Minnesota Historical Candidate Biographical Database.

The database will be part of the School’s Minnesota Historical Election Archive – which Ostermeier also curates – to provide biographical information, images, and political trivia on the more than 16,000 candidates from state and federal elections throughout Minnesota history.
