Associate Professor Dipali Mukhopadhyay, an expert on Afghanistan, delivered the Anthony Hyman Memorial Lecture sponsored by SOAS at the University of London on May 5. Mukhopadhyay is currently serving as senior expert on the Afghanistan peace process for the U.S. Institute of Peace.
