Bonnie Keeler Contributes to New Report on Climate Change in MN
February 28, 2022

Associate Professor Bonnie Keeler is a member of a University of Minnesota research team that found Minnesota’s winters are warming faster than nearly any other state in the contiguous United States – and  summers are beginning to heat up, too.

It’s clear from the results, she says, that Minnesota's weather will become warmer and wetter by the end of the century. These results are expected to influence regional decision-making as communities across Minnesota gain the ability to use this published data for climate adaptation action plans.
