He is the Chief Executive of the Ghana National Procurement Agency (GNPA). This national institution has the responsibility of obtaining expendables for government use nationwide. Being Chief Executive, Mr. Boamah turned this institution around on the verge of being liquidated and increased productivity. He formulates policies, plans, organizes and controls the resources of GNPA. Mr. Boamah holds a degree in political science from the University of Ghana. As a Humphrey Fellow, he will specialize in international trade and investment, policy development and negotiation analysis.
