Jacqueline De León, staff attorney at the Native American Rights Fund and a contributing author to the report, Obstacles at Every Turn: Barriers to Political Participation Faced by Native American Voters, will discuss the reports findings and policy recommendations in a conversation moderated by Colorado’s Director of Elections, Judd Choate.
