The Environmental Quality Board brings together the Governor’s Office (as chair), five citizens and the heads of nine state agencies that play a vital role in Minnesota’s environment and development. The board develops policy, creates long-range plans and reviews proposed projects that would significantly influence Minnesota’s environment. (source: MN EQB)

About the Speaker:
Will Seuffert is a former Senior Policy Advisor to Governor Dayton. Prior to his work for Governor Dayton, Seuffert was Committee Administrator for the Minnesota Senate Energy, Utilities, Technology and Communications Committee, and Legislative Assistant to Senator Terri Bonoff. Seuffert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Eckerd College in Florida, and a Master’s degree in International Peace and Conflict from American University in Washington D.C.
