In this event, he will present on key challenges facing the United States and then engage in conversation with Humphrey Professor Eric Schwartz. The dialogue between these two experts will touch upon various aspects of human rights, including the role of the U.S. in promoting and protecting these rights, the complexities of navigating international human rights issues, and the evolving landscape of human rights advocacy.

Scott Busby

A distinguished fellow at Georgetown University’s Human Rights Institute, has spent three decades working on human rights, refugee, and migration issues.
