Dr. Zuliati Rohmah is currently Director of English Language Training for Islamic Schools (ELTIS) in Surabaya,  East Java, Indonesia. As faculty and researcher at the English Department, School of Humanity at IAIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, she oversees day-to-day operations of the ELTIS Surabaya office, personnel, program evaluation, and fund raising. She has authored an English textbook for Islamic Studies and numerous articles in national and international ELT journals. She has a PhD in English Teaching from the State University of Malang. During her fellowship year, Dr. Rohmah will focus on program planning, human resource management, and best practices in language development and language teacher training.
