Mr. Min Htin currently serves as executive committee member and board member for the YMCA in Mandalay, an organization that plays a vital role in developing a civil society through practical training and education for local youth. He has extensive responsibility for training and development and also gives lectures and conducts workshops on various management subjects to NGOs and for-profit organizations in the community. His main interest is in human resources management and of youth development as it relates to the future of his country. He received a Master of Business Administration.
