    Mr. Sinitsyn has master’s degrees in law and history and is currently a doctoral candidate in history.  He is currently the director of the Center for Assistance to Victims of Violence and Human Trafficking and an appointed member of a parliamentary group developing ant-trafficking legislation.  During his Humphrey year, he will focus on prevention of human trafficking, protection of trafficked victims, and human rights law.
