Mr. D.K. Singh works in the service of the Government of India’s Indian Railway Traffic Service. He currently serves as director of the Ministry of Social Justice, where he looks after the interests of those at the bottom of the socio-economic pyramid in India. His responsibilities involve policy formulation and implementation for social, economic, and educational development of the target group in partnership with provincial governments and non-government organizations. Prior to this, he worked for 16 years in various areas of rail transportation, such as operations, marketing, and policy making. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree. During his fellowship year, Mr. Singh will pursue a Master of Public Affairs Degree.
