Caitlin Burgard is the executive assistant to Humphrey School Dean Nisha Botchwey. Previously, Caitlin worked at Cargill, Collins Aerospace, and the University of Dallas. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of North Texas, and a master’s degree in nutritional sciences from the University of Missouri. Outside of work Caitlin enjoys knitting, collecting yarn (yes, they are different hobbies!), cooking, exploring, playing board games, and spoiling her cats.
