The Center for the Study of Politics and Governance (the Center) is a leading hub for political and policy analysis in the Midwest. The Center is led by nationally recognized political scientist Lawrence R. Jacobs, who holds the McKnight Presidential Chair in Public Affairs and the Walter F. and Joan Mondale Chair for Political Studies.
