Biography

Paloma is a Ph.D. student in Public Affairs, in the Public Policy track. Her work primarily focuses on women's labor force participation and how it responds to changes to marital law, across the life course. In her research, Paloma uses applied microeconomic/econometric and demographic methods. Prior to joining Humphrey, she worked as a pre-doctoral research assistant in development economics projects at the Global Poverty Research Lab at the Kellogg School of Management in Northwestern University.
