About
María Solana Ledesma is a Fulbright Scholar from Argentina and a graduate of the Humphrey School of Public Affairs' Master of Public Policy program with experience in program evaluation, policy research, and project management. In Minnesota, she conducted research on Latino-serving organizations and Latino community challenges for the Minnesota Council on Latino Affairs as well as on housing and Uptown redevelopment opportunities. In Argentina, she has worked on poverty and labor market research, workforce development programs for women in tech, and initiatives to expand higher education access for first-generation rural students. Beyond research, María has managed projects and teams, facilitated group processes, and mentored youth, consistently supporting community programs, and ensuring community perspectives are centered.
