Jumana leads the Privacy program office at the Federal Reserve, based out of Minneapolis. Prior to her current role. Jumana served as the Chief Program Officer at U.S. Bank for the LIBOR Transition program. Jumana has also worked at International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank, where she jointly managed a global portfolio as part of the Global Trade & Supply Finance group. Under her leadership, the program expanded into new supplier markets including markets in Asia. Jumana began her career at Deloitte Consulting in the Financial Services Group in New York.
Jumana has conducted research and analysis gathering financial and performance data on the Community Development Finance Institutions (CDFIs) that comprise the Opportunity Finance Network membership network in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. Ms. Schmuhl holds an MPA in International Development from Harvard University and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University. She is the author of an article on the forward market in emerging currencies published in the Journal of International Money and Finance.
