Ezra Golberstein is an Associate Professor in the Division of Health Policy and Management. He is a health policy researcher and health economist. His research focuses on mental health services and policy, health care provider behavior, and public policies related to health care financing. He teaches courses on the US health care system, health economics, and health policy. He received his PhD in Health Services Organization and Policy from the University of Michigan, and was an NIMH postdoctoral fellow in mental health economics at Harvard Medical School prior to joining the University of Minnesota faculty.
