In January 2025, Deeplina Banerjee (she/her) joined the Roy Wilkins Center as a postdoctoral associate. She earned a PhD in Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies with a specialization in Transitional Justice and Post Conflict Reconstruction. She earned a BA and MA in Political Science from Calcutta University and Jadavpur University, respectively. She also has an MPhil in International Relations from Jadavpur University. Her research interests broadly include gender, race, international development, humanitarian assistance, and public and foreign policy. She is also interested in studying the impact of artificial intelligence and the future of work.
