Xiting Zhang is a third-year PhD student in Public Affairs at Humphrey, with minors in population studies and applied economics. She is also a population studies trainee at the Minnesota Population Center and works as a research assistant at the Roy Wilkins Center for Human Relations and Social Justice. Her research broadly focuses on demography, racial disparity, health and labor economics. Xiting earned her master’s degree in Economics from Duke University and bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
