Samantha Silker is the Director of Operations for the Center for Integrative Leadership and is responsible for Center operations and programming. Silker’s knowledge base is integrative leadership and educational and business administration. She is experienced in leading and operationalizing complex projects, has strong attention to detail, and a vision of how to work in complex spaces with multiple stakeholders. She has broad experience at the University of Minnesota, and prior to joining the University, she managed and coordinated operations at nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Silker earned her MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, and her BS in Communication Studies and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.
