Samantha Silker

Samantha Silker is the program manager at the Center for Integrative Leadership (CIL). She is responsible for managing the development and delivery of curricular, research, and project initiatives, events, and collaborations with CIL.

Samantha’s experience at the University of Minnesota has included serving as the assistant director of the Medical Industry Leadership Institute at Carlson School of Management, conference and event services coordinator for Housing & Residential Life, and principal office and administrative specialist for the Department of English. Prior to joining the University, she worked in both the private and nonprofit sectors at a community bank and the YMCA.

Samantha earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Organization Management from Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She earned her BS in communication studies and political science from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.
