| NON-DEGREE-SEEKING STUDENTS AT THE Humphrey School
If you are NOT a student at the University of Minnesota but would like to take a Public Affairs class, you may register as a non-degree-seeking student at the graduate or the undergraduate level.
Students admitted to the University of Minnesota's Duluth, Crookston, or Morris campuses must both register as a non-degree-seeking student and also submit the "Application for Attending Another University of Minnesota Campus as a Multi-Institutional Student."
Instructions are provided below.
After you are registered, the University will mail you an enrollment summary, non-degree information sheet, and a cancel/add/refund schedule. Non-degree graduate students also receive a confirmation registration e-mail sent to the e-mail address noted on their Registration Request for Graduate Credit form. These materials emphasize the importance of initiating your U of M internet account as soon as possible and inform you that all future correspondence will only be sent to your U of M e-mail address.
Payment is due in full by the first billing due date.
