Assistant Professor Heather Randell has won the Editor's Choice Award 2023 – Letter, from the journal Environmental Research Letters, for her article, “Dams and tribal land loss in the United States.” Randell’s research quantifies for the first time the amount of tribal land flooded by dam construction in the U.S. over the past decades.
