Mr. Duyar is Training Center Manager for Turkish Iron and Steel Works in Iskenderun, one of the largest industrial establishments in Turkey. His responsibilities include assessing organizational training needs, determining training objectives and preparing budgets, designing and organizing training programs for over 15,000 employees refining organizational systems through training and supervising a staff of 97 employees in the Triaining Department.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (1980) from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Cukurova University in Adana where he is also currently working towards a Ph.D degree in the same field.
