About Nicolle

Nicolle Goodman serves as the Director of the Department of Planning and Economic Development for the City of Saint Paul. Appointed by Mayor Melvin Carter in 2020, Goodman oversees the strategic, operational, and financial management of 85 employees, as well as funds, loans, and programs totaling over $100 million. Prior to her appointment, Nicolle served as a Vice President for the Alliance for Economic Development of Oklahoma City and as Program Administrator for the City of Oklahoma City. Nicolle holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and is accredited by the Congress for the New Urbanism.
