MURP Students Awarded for Research Project on Housing in Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood
December 21, 2015—Omnia Ibrahim and Hilary Lovelace, graduate students in the Master of Urban and Regional Planning program at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, were honored recipients of the 2015 MN American Planning Association's award for their “Outstanding Student Project” on accessory dwelling units in the Marcy-Holmes neighborhood in Minneapolis. They formally received the award at the 2015 MN APA conference in Bemidji. Ibrahim and Lovelace also presented their findings to the Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood Association.
