About Kevin Clarke
Kevin is an urban planner and designer focused on helping Midwest cities become and remain vibrant places. His work ranges from comprehensive planning to park construction, and market research to streetscape design. Over the last 15 years, he has grown into an ownership role as an Associate with HKGi, an urban planning, urban design, and landscape architecture firm.
About Will Delaney
Will joined the Hope Community staff in 2008 and has served as a Real Estate Specialist, Associate Director, and Interim Co-Executive Director. His role includes guiding Hope’s Community Ownership program; leading work to maintain Hope’s housing, commercial, and community spaces; guiding real estate development and partnerships; and leading communications and fundraising activities.
About Emily Goellner
Emily is the Community & Economic Development Director for the City of Golden Valley. She has served five municipal governments in Minnesota, including Minneapolis, Duluth, St. Louis Park, Wayzata, and Golden Valley. She is a member of the Tribal & Indigenous Planning Division of the American Planning Association. In 2023, Emily received the Emerging Leader Award from the League of Minnesota Cities.
About Miranda Walker
Miranda has 17 years of experience managing the development of affordable housing. Her experience includes feasibility analysis, site acquisition, entitlement, design development, construction management, financial modeling, tax credit application and financing, and permanent financing conversion. Miranda has served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Brooklyn Park.
