Over the past 2 years mail in ballots have come a hot topic, especially the policies affecting which ballots are accepted and which are rejected.

The substantial increase in mail ballots in 2020 led to questions about mail ballot rejection policies. Two new reports dissect what happened with mail ballots in 2020, what the impact of policy changes and the political environment were, and where this leaves us as we approach the 2022 midterms and beyond. Join us for a discussion with report author Tova Wang, from Harvard University’s Ash Center and Marc Meredith from the University of Pennsylvania. Colorado’s Election Director Judd Choate will moderate the discussion.
