Founders & Futures
Celebrating 40 Years. Building for 40 more.

We invite you to join us in celebrating 40 years of advancing gender equity at the Center on Women, Gender, and Public Policy. The legacy of the nation’s first comprehensive research and teaching center dedicated to women, gender, and public policy has never been more important.

We’re celebrating 40 years of the Center on Women, Gender, and Public Policy – and you’re invited! For forty years, we have mentored the next generation of gender justice leaders, conducted critical research on women and girls that has informed Minnesota policy, and cooperated with countless community partners to advance our mission of advancing intersectional gender equity. We’ve been honored to collaborate with many of you over the past four decades – and we hope you will join us on October 23rd to celebrate this milestone, and envision the next 40 years.
