Mr. Yeo is a senior education officer in the Ministry of Justice. He provides counseling services and supervises and provides instruction for offenders in the Korean correctional system. Mr. Yeo holds a bachelor's and master's degree in counseling psychology. During his Humphrey year he plans to concentrate on the provision of psychological counseling services for inmates in correctional facilities.
