Ms. Bostwick of the Bahamas is a Personnel Manager for the National Insurance Board in Nassau with responsibilities to supervise, educate and train a staff of approximately 330 people, coordinate Social events, and serves liaison between the National Insurance Board and other related organizations. Ms. Bostwick is a member of the American Management Association, Director of the National Insurance Board's choir, and coordinator within the Board.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Caldwell College, New Jersey (l975); a Master's Degree in Social Work from the Catholic University, Washington, D.C. (1981); and a Certificate in Management from the University of Miami (1986).
