Mr. Dastgir is a senior superintendent of police, with 16 years experience in operational policing, both nationally and internationally. He represented his country in the United Nations peace keeping contingent in Mozambique (1994) and Bosnia (2000/2001). Mr. Dastgir has a bachelor's degree in medicine and a master's degree in management from the University of Manchester. He is interested in exploring the dynamics of policy formulation, implementation, and analysis in private and public sector organizations.
