Mr. Saxena is an officer of the Indian Police Service and serves as superintendent of police in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). In his policing career spanning over 13 years, he has held several important positions in the state of Jammue Kshmir as well as in the CBI.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in police management.  During his Humphrey year, Mr. Saxena will focus on the theoretical and practical aspects of human rights in the context of terrorism.
