Noble Frank is the communications manager for the Center on Women, Gender and Public Policy and the Managing Editor of The Gender Policy Report. They are responsible for reviewing, editing and publishing policy analysis by established and emerging scholars, as well as developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies for the the CWGPP and The Gender Policy Report. In these roles, Noble aims to deliver and promote credible and timely gender-focused research to a broad non-academic audience including policymakers, advocates, and members of the media.
Noble comes to the University of Minnesota by way of the University of South Florida, where they taught courses in technical and professional writing. Noble has an MA and PhD in Rhetoric and Writing from the University of Texas at Austin, where they served as Assistant Director of the Digital Writing & Research Lab. They also hold a BA in English and Gender Studies from the University of Georgia.
