Ms. Nkayo Drepaul is the Program/Project Specialist of the International Fellowship Programs. Ms. Drepaul immigrated to the U.S. in 2002 with her parents from Georgetown, Guyana. She is very passionate about women’s issues and the psychological well-being of immigrants. Ms. Drepaul was a McNair Scholar in 2009, during which time she investigated the psychological consequences for individuals who experience ethnic identity incongruence. Prior to her current position, Ms. Drepaul worked at the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota as the Office Manager/Bookkeeper. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor in American Studies from Macalester College.
