Dr. Altuntas has a bachelor’s degree in law, a master’s degree in civil law, and a doctorate in private international law. She is currently an investigative judge in the General Directorate of International Law and Foreign Relations of the Ministry of Justice in Turkey. During her Humphrey year, she will focus on the prevention of trafficking of persons.
