Diana Quintero is a senior fellow at the Humphrey School. Previously she was a visiting human rights engaged scholar with the University of Minnesota's human rights program. She has over 20 years of experience teaching and researching socio-economic rights and international human rights law. As a practitioner, she has provided advice and legal representation to indigenous communities, displaced populations, and communities at environmental risk. She offered advice requested by the Constitutional Court, especially on the right to health, and has served as a consultant for NGOs promoting women's sexual and reproductive rights.
