Colleen Gross Ebinger is founder and CEO of Impact Strategies Group, a social-purpose consulting firm that partners with people and organizations working across sectors to address public problems. She has worked with nonprofits, governments, foundations, and cross-sector partnerships in nine U.S. states and four countries. Her issue-area expertise spans social entrepreneurship, education policy, public health, and public policy related to undocumented immigrants. Colleen previously led the government practice for a Boston-based research and consulting firm. Fluent in Spanish, she also directed a statewide policy and advocacy initiative for Latino immigrants in Minnesota and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras. Colleen is an alumna of the College of Saint Benedict and holds a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, attending on a Reynolds Fellowship in Social Entrepreneurship. She was selected as a 2012-2013 policy fellow at the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
