Biography
Bhavin Pradhan is a Postdoctoral Associate and Adjunct Instructor in the Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy (STEP) area at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Bhavin’s research is centered on energy policy, with a particular emphasis on residential energy insecurity and the broader implications of the energy transition. He employs empirical methods to investigate critical issues such as utility decision-making, the adoption of distributed energy resources, and the effectiveness of energy efficiency programs.
