Mr. Aluiz served as Deputy Director at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance. He was responsible for monitoring the operational policies of the General Treasury of the Kingdom of Morocco, with four divisions under him which included controlling and executing public spending, collecting local taxes, managing local authorities' finance, supervising the Treasury's banking operations. Mr. Aluiz has initiated and completed many major and highly challenging projects, which have led to in-depth modernization and significant improvement of Morocco’s General Treasury. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the National School of Mines in Rabat and a Masters of Public Administration from The National school of Administration (ENA) in Paris.
