The University provides a virtual desktop environment known as "AppsToGo" that allows you to access a Windows desktop remotely from any Windows 10, macOS, iOS or Linux device enabling you to use select software applications without having to install them on your device.

A customized desktop environment has been created specifically for the Humphrey School (known as the "HHH Desktop") and is available to any Humphrey faculty member, Humphrey staff member, Humphrey degree-seeking student, Humphrey International Fellow or any non-Humphrey student currently enrolled in a 5000 or 8000 level PA class.  From AppsToGo, you can access these software applications:

  • ArcGIS 10.7
  • AtlasTi 8
  • AutoCAD LT 2016
  • Microsoft Office 2016
  • StataSE 16
  • Tableau 10.3

Install Citrix Workspace

In order to access the AppsToGo service, you'll first need to install client software known as Citrix Workspace.

After you've installed Citrix Workspace, the next step is to log in to the service from your browser by going to:

At the top of the page, you'll see a group of icons — click on the Desktops icon in the center.

You will now see the desktops that you have access to. Click on the HHH Desktop icon to begin your session.
