The University of Minnesota has many avenues for non-University affiliates and individuals to connect with the University.  The following are just a few places for you to begin your search. If you don't find what you are looking for here, contact chance@umn.edu.

Center for Urban and Regional Affairs- CURA provides applied research and technical assistance to nonprofit groups, neighborhood organizations, and other community groups in Minnesota.

Humphrey Institute Policy Areas - Faculty members and fellows at the Humphrey Institute conduct research on public policy issues and engage in outreach efforts that have regional, national, and international significance. The Institute's public policy research and outreach centers serve as focal points for discussion, direction, and dissemination of information on public policy questions.

Humphrey Institute Capstone Workshops- The Humphrey Institute provides an innovative resource to help public and nonprofit organizations with targeted, practical, applied research needs.

Office of University Relations - University Relations is the central communications office of the University of Minnesota. Comprising five units and maintaining strong connections with the University of Minnesota Foundation and Alumni Association, University Relations works to develop relationships with people both internal and external to the University through timely and accurate communications.

Are you a Twin Cities campus neighbor? Government and Community Relations develops and maintains good relations with Twin Cities campus neighbors, and engages neighbors in the planning process at the University.
