Cedar-Humphrey Action for Neighborhood Collaborative Engagement (CHANCE) is a collaboration of seven university colleges and offices. The mission of CHANCE is to create new and effective partnerships between the University of MN and the Cedar-Riverside community and strengthen local networks.
