Biography

Irene Quarshie is the director of government affairs at Target. She joined the company in 2005, and has held a number of leadership roles in planning, community partnerships, and women and minority business development. Irene holds a master’s degree in public policy from American University and is involved locally with the YWCA, the Cowles Center, the Citizens League, the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities, and the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce.
