Humphrey School Announces Oberstar Scholarship at the University of Minnesota
Minneapolis, MN (09.19.11) - The University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs announced today that it has created the James L. Oberstar Fellowship, with the support of Minnesota Forest Industries. Beginning with the 2011-2012 academic year, a $10,000 scholarship will be awarded each year to a Humphrey School student.
