Associate Professor Deborah Levison Recipient of 2006 Distinguished Teaching Award

Associate Professor Deborah Levison is among fifteen faculty members who have been named recipients of the Distinguished Teaching Awards, the University of Minnesota's most prestigious awards for excellence in teaching. Levison will be honored at the Distinguished Teaching Awards ceremony from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Monday, April 24, at the McNamara Alumni Center, 200 Oak Street S.E., Minneapolis.
Levison will receive the Graduate-Professional Teaching Award for outstanding contributions to post baccalaureate, graduate, and professional education and will be inducted into the Academy of Distinguished Teachers. She joins Professor Ragui Assaad, who received this award in 2005.
